Memory Event is a prestigious and creative eventplanning firm based in Stockholm. We are known for flawless planning and execution when it comes to the details of your event. We work with some of the finest vendors and have a policy to ensure that each wedding or celebration becomes a unique and memorable experience. Whether we are working with an intimate dinner for ten guests or having a release party for 400 guests, we will ensure that guests get a personal feel and a sense of exclusivity.

Charity is close to our heart and we are organizing charity events and public relations-building events for independent charities.

The process- How it works
We meet the first time on an unconditional meeting where we will talk about your dreams and ideas. We provide you with a form for you to fill out where we can see your expectations for your big day more clearly. We go through what we can offer you, our different packages and prices. Then, if you decide to go ahead with Memory as your eventplanner, we'll meet again in a more consistently meeting where we put together a proposal for your requirements and your budget. Whichever package you choose, we are at your side as a helping hand throughout the planning.

How much does it cost?
All parties are unique, and so is the pricetag..
A weddingcoordinator costs from 3500 SEK, depending on number of guests and reach of wedding. For a weddingplanner we charge the following:
3 000 SEK incl. VAT for Kick- start package, 2 hour consultation, checklists and inspiration
fr. 4 500 SEK ex VAT for weddingdaycoordinator on your weddingday
fr. 24 000 SEK ex VAT for total weddingplanning
For events we charge after nuber of guests and estimated hours, if you wish to hire us solely as a consultant, we charge 795 SEK/ h ex.VAT
